The upper half of the Lower Loop has power, the lower part does not, nor the three houses below that. At least three poles burned below the Lower Loop and three more across and down from the Living Room. The folk from Edison that we talked with said that they would be up here like ants, but the weather was hampering the effort. I did see a lone Edison worker pulling line or a guy wire on a pole on the south side of the Lower Loop around 4pm, so they are trying. There is no phone service for that whole area, however.
